Quatro Public Relations Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the http://www.llywelynwind.co.uk website (the “Service”) on behalf of Falck Renewables S.p.A. and BlueFloat Energy LLC (the “Clients”) in order to promote and support the Llywelyn Offshore Wind Farm project (the “Project”).

Quatro Public Relations Ltd. is a political engagement, strategic communications, and community consultation company. Our work is to promote the interests, ambitions, and ideas of our clients primarily across the regeneration and development sectors.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Quatro Public Relations Ltd. has a legitimate interest to process personal data relating to decision makers, budget holders, residents, and community groups affected by projects and other interest groups from the property development and regeneration community.

The collection and use of data from a number of sources is essential to our company’s ability to provide services to our clients.

Quatro Public Relations Ltd. collect data that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you as an individual, which we refer to here as Personal Data. The Personal Data that we may collect from members of the public may include: name, address (including postcode), phone, email. For professionals as part of a client team or company we are providing a service to, this includes company contact details, such as name, job title, postal address, telephone numbers, email addresses, and financial and transaction data, such as credit or debit card numbers used in relation to our services.

We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with GDPR.

The personal data we collect may be from data shared by third parties – including but not limited to: local authorities, public sector bodies, trade unions, LEPs, Higher Education institutions – for the legitimate interest of raising awareness about developments in the relevant area of interest. Data will be gathered from publicly available sources such as local authority websites, the Parliamentary website, corporate websites, corporate social media, related business platforms, e-newsletter respondents, and the press.

Quatro Public Relations take the requirements of GDPR seriously and will ensure that our statement is kept up to date. We will issue the Privacy Statement to each person when making contact with you. The Privacy Statement will also be included in the signature of each email sent by employees of Quatro Public Relations.

Quatro Public Relations may also collect information from data provided by you as an attendee or participant attending any event organised by Quatro Public Relations, either on behalf of a client or for us directly.

Quatro Public Relations will collect Personal Data received directly from data subjects via email, telephone call, letter or by business card at networking events, conferences or from third parties acting on behalf of the individuals.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services (such as direct email marketing) or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you use the Service to contact us, your comments and its metadata are retained indefinitely. For users that register for email updates, we also store the personal information they provide during registration, which will be retained indefinitely. Your Personal Data will be deleted once the Project has received Development Consent, or the Project is terminated by the Clients.

ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CORRECTION

Under GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the information that Quatro Public Relations hold about you. There is a standard timescale of one calendar month for us to provide you with the information needed, although depending on the type of enquiry we may need an extension.

If an employee leaves a role with a company we regularly contact, their name and contact details are deleted from the database. However, the information may still be used for suppression purposes i.e. to ensure that it cannot be added to the database again.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

Quatro Public Relations Ltd will update individual residents, businesses and other stakeholder groups identified in connection with the Project as required by the Clients.

SECURITY

Quatro Public Relations takes the security of your data very seriously. All employees are trained on our technology and security policies, rules, and measures designed to protect the personal data under our control, both on or off-line, from unauthorised access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss.

Any data which is stored off-line is restricted to our offices. Only employees of Quatro Public Relations are granted access to such information. We will take all possible procedures to ensure that any data transmitted over the internet is secure, but we are limited with our ability to guarantee total security.

There are exceptions where, for the purpose of distributing invitations to public events, we are required to submit a list of addresses to our third-party mailing house. Whenever this occurs, the third-party mailing house is covered by a signed contract between Quatro Public Relations and the mailing house for non-disclosure.
